If you really want to embrace the bovver girl look, you need more than just short hair.
And Florence Pugh certainly proves it: she steps out in a pair of boots that wouldn’t look out of place on the feet of a ’70s troublemaker.
For the record, she was seen drinking a glass of wine and puffing on a cigarette.
The star, 27, took a break from filming romcom We Live In Time to enjoy lunch in Rome with co-star Andrew Garfield.
A Hollywood source said: ‘Florence loves her new look. She also likes the fact that people don’t recognize her. She was able to be herself.’

Ms Pugh – who shaved her head for the £100 million Dune sequel – first revealed the buzzcut at the Met Gala in early May.
On the occasion, she wore an ivory Valentino dress with a dramatic train and a sky-high headpiece with black feathers.
This time she opted for a tight off-the-shoulder black dress and studded sunglasses.
“Florence is the hottest thing in Hollywood right now,” the source said.
“She’s gorgeous, feisty, and enjoys a glass of wine in Rome.” So?
“She hates the whole Hollywood thing. Andrew (Garfield) is a huge support. He helps her navigate all the attention.’

Ms Pugh reportedly earns £5 million a year as a spokeswoman for Valentino, the designer of both her sunglasses and chunky-soled boots.
She has shunned the spotlight ever since her relationship with actor Zach Braff, more than 20 years her senior, became tabloid fodder.
She recently made headlines for her reported feud with Olivia Wilde, the director of the 2022 film Don’t Worry Darling, which starred Ms. Pugh alongside pop star Harry Styles.
After becoming “upset” by Ms. Wilde’s affair with Styles, Ms. Pugh famously avoided Ms. Wilde on the red carpet at the premiere of Don’t Worry Darling.
