The 30-year-old went viral after speaking out about an unsanitary practice that is more common than airline passengers realize.
“I witnessed something terrible,” she began. ‘Passengers change their babies’ diapers on the trays.’

Not only is changing a diaper in the cabin unpleasant for the other people on board, it is also extremely unhygienic.
Barbara explained that people eat and drink on their tray tables. They also sometimes rest their heads on it to sleep.
“Please don’t,” she warned.
The flight attendant noted that if you need to change a child’s diaper during a flight, you should use the bathroom, which has a fold-down changing table.
‘You should never flush the diaper down the toilet. Instead, you should throw it in the trash,” she added.
“Don’t ever give the dirty diaper to the flight attendant, because that’s disgusting.”
The viral video has been viewed more than 155,000 times and received hundreds of comments from shocked viewers.
