“I’ve seen some comments from people who also just had a C-section, asking ‘what workout are you doing?’ or ‘how many times a week do you work out?'” she wrote.
‘My answer… I am NOT training. My body is recovering and I am going to give it every chance I can to make a full recovery before I think about moving my body again.
‘So what happens is after six weeks, you make an appointment with your doctor to get approval to exercise again (this is important!).
‘But I also remember after my last pregnancy thinking… Ok, I’m OK to exercise, but what exactly CAN I do? She continued.

“…and then there’s my post-pregnancy schedule on the @sweat app, to help guide you through this next phase of your fitness journey.”
She clarified that women recovering from pregnancy should not go straight back to high-intensity training.
