Thomas, who previously weighed 183 pounds, lost 50 pounds using her 'realistic meal prep recipes'
Thomas started by heating up three hash brown patties in her toaster. When they were crispy, she put them in separate bowls and mashed them with a fork.
She then stirred the liquid egg whites together and spread them evenly between the containers before adding diced bacon on top for some extra flavor.
After cooking two turkey sausage patties, she cut them into small pieces and placed them in the bowls.
Thomas used a plastic syringe to drizzle chipotle sauce on top, but she noted in the on-screen text that you can also try hot sauce.
She added some pico de gallo as an “optional vegetable” and sprinkled some grated cheese on top to complete the recipe.
The content creator ended the video with a close-up of one of the bowls, warmed up and covered in gooey melted cheese.
Thomas shared the recipe in response to a fan who noted that she lost 16 pounds by following her meal prep routine.
'(A) high-protein, grab-and-go breakfast meal that you actually look forward to eating. This is definitely our year,” she wrote in the caption.
