But the fitness influencer may not have gotten the compliments she expected after sharing before and after images of her body on Instagram on Thursday.
The photos of her body when she was nine months pregnant versus 10 months post-birth drew widespread criticism, with many calling her radical body transformation “toxic.”
“You’re rocking the toxic world of post-pregnancy hunger,” said one follower.

Even more claimed that Hembrow edited the ‘after’ image, writing ‘maybe take some photoshop lessons with all your money, you cheat people – poser’.
However, some fans jumped to the mother-of-three’s defense, with a gushing, “You’re amazing Tammy!” A reflection of how powerful the female body is and how strong YOU are mentally!’
