Sophie Guidolin has shared a snarky post on social media revealing what she thinks about people who claim they ‘don’t have time’ to exercise.
The fitness influencer, 34, revealed on Instagram that she gets up in the early morning hours to exercise.
‘3.30 on Saturday means I train before the girls are awake. This means that (ex-husband) Nath can train at 7:30 and I can spend the morning with him,” she began.
Guidolin then railed against time-poor people who weren’t training.
“This is why I want to whimper inside when I hear, ‘I don’t have time, I can’t find the motivation, and I don’t have your genetics,'” the mother of four wrote.

It comes after Guidolin again claimed she was 30 years old, when in fact she is 34.
In January, Sophie shared a video of her ‘Busy Mum’s 5-minute Makeup Routine’, with a confusing caption.
“POV: You’re a busy mom with skin that can barely brush her teeth in the morning, that’s a 30 year old teenager,” she wrote.

The giddy caption drew fans to the comments.
“A busy mother with skin?” one stunned follower asked, prompting Sophie to clarify: “With the skin of a teenage boy… proves it even more.”
Sophie is known for making outlandish claims on her Instagram page and in September she was forced to walk back one of her wild statements.
Guidolin revealed she trains at 3.30am, before railing against those who don’t train. “This is why I want to whine when I hear, ‘I don’t have time, I can’t find the motivation, and I don’t have your genetics,'” she wrote
Alarmed followers raised concerns about her health when she told them she was working out four to five times a day.
The fitness influencer made the shocking admission when a fan asked about her workout routine on Instagram, but quickly deleted the comment.
She later added another comment saying she worked out “4-5 times a week” and pretended to be shocked that people “thought” she was writing that day.
However, the first comments she deleted suggested otherwise.
