She assumes the reverse plank position – keeping her arms straight and in line with her shoulders while keeping her stomach tense before raising one knee to her chest
Rachel shared two separate clips about the groundbreaking move, both of which have been viewed over 20,000 times.
In the first, the fitness guru can be seen dressed in a gray sports bra and black cycling shorts as she demonstrates the exercise.
She assumes the reverse plank position – keeping her arms straight and in line with her shoulders while keeping her abdomen tense.
Rachel then looks up at the ceiling before raising one knee to her chest.
She slowly returns to her original position before repeating the exercise on her other leg.
But the gym visitor gave no indication about the optimal number of repetitions or sets.
She uploaded the clip alongside a caption that read, “May look silly but seriously so good.”
In her follow-up video, Rachel introduces the move by saying, “It’s spring break, it’s almost summer, what do we do to get rid of the bloat?”
