Rachael Finch and her kids got a workout in before going trick-or-treating on Thursday.
The model and TV personality, 35, who shares daughter Violet, eight, and son Dominic, five, with husband Michael Miziner – took to her Instagram Stories on Halloween to share images of her children playing sports in the park.
Michael watched Violet and Dominic train in a field, while the children did sprints, catching balls and other exercises.
Rachael also shared a photo of Michael with both children in his arms, writing, “If they enjoy it, they’ll probably stick with it.”
Shortly afterwards, the model shared an ‘outfit change’ for her children, revealing Dominic dressed as the Grim Reaper and Violet as a creepy princess.
Rachael was recently labeled an ‘almond mom’ and accused of ‘endangering’ her children after she shared a video of herself making them ‘naked burgers’ using lettuce cups instead of buns.
“Almond mother” is a pejorative term for a mother who imposes disordered and unhealthy eating habits on her children.
It is often used to refer to parents who are ‘obsessed’ with nutrition.

An excited Finch said at the time that the baseless accusation was downright “hilarious.”
She shared a photo of herself cuddling with her two children and wrote: ‘Someone officially labeled me ‘almond mom’ this week.
‘Definition according to Google: ‘A parent who follows incredibly strict or dangerously unhealthy eating habits and tries to force them on their children.’

‘This was because I was making naked burgers for dinner (meat patty and veggies packed in a lettuce cup).
“While it’s downright nasty, it’s also absurdly hilarious. I have now become a pro at responding emotionally to these comments.
“I’ve giggled with a lot of you about what kind of mother you would be if you were labeled with a food. Comment on what kind of food mom would you be?”
Rachael also shared a photo of Michael holding both children in his arms and wrote: ‘if they enjoy it they’ll probably stick with it’

Several of Finch’s followers agreed that “almond mother” was an unfair label.
One of them said: ‘I wish my children would enjoy eating what yours do! What an inspiration for a healthy lifestyle and teaching your children wonderful habits.’
Another wrote: ‘Oh my goodness. I have no words.’
‘Wow, wise. It’s funny, you know, they wouldn’t blink if I ordered cheeseburgers and fries from a fast food chain and brought it to the table. But homemade nude burgers full of vegetables will cause psychological damage? Go figure.”
The former Miss Universe has a huge passion for health and rarely allows her children to eat processed or sugary foods.
She has said that her daughter Violet did not know what sugar tasted like until she was three years old, and once said that she would prepare healthy meals for her children before children’s parties to prevent them from binging on “hot chips, nuggets.” [and] lollipops’.
