A 52-year-old woman who boasts rock-hard abs has revealed her five-step exercise routine that helps her stay in shape.

Dani Maronwho is based in the US regularly shows off her toned physique online to her thousands of TikTok followers as she tries to teach others to embrace aging.

Most recently, the fitness fanatic took to the video sharing platform to explain how she maintains her washboard abs.

Dani showed viewers her simple yet effective at-home workout routine that will give you a six-pack in no time.

She showed viewers her five-step ab routine, which consisted of floor and bicycle crunches

Showing no signs of slowing down, Dani then launched an ‘ab wheel rollout’, which she admitted was ‘difficult’

Dani captioned the clip: ‘I hate doing abs. But we have to do it, no exceptions!!’

It started when she stood in front of a full-length mirror in a green sports bra and brown bike shorts before heading to her yoga mat to show off her routine.

The 52-year-old’s first exercise was 20 floor crunches.

She lay on her back with her feet hip width apart and her hands clasped behind her head.

Dani then repeatedly cranked her upper body upwards until her shoulder blades no longer touched the floor before gradually lowering her body back down.

Next, she tackled reverse crunches. She was still lying on her back and this time she kept her torso flat on the ground as she contracted her abs to pull her legs up to her chest.

The exercise expert then went into 20 bike rides that require some coordination.

She lay flat again before lifting her legs off the floor and starting a bicycle motion before also twisting her torso to touch her elbow to the opposite knee as it came towards her.

And as if that wasn’t enough, the exercise buff finished her workout with a one-minute plank

She shared a photo of herself when she was 25 years old before she got her cut now – proving she’s been a fitness fanatic for a long time.
