The actor, 57, stars in the thriller Stone Cold Fox with Kiernan Shipka and Krysten Ritter.
Shipka, 24, stars as title character Fox, a young woman who has escaped a cult run by Ritter’s Goldie, but she is forced to return after her sister is kidnapped by the group.
Sutherland is a corrupt cop who follows Goldie’s orders.
The two-time Emmy winner walked onto the set in Piru, CA wearing a black T-shirt and jeans with black boots.

Set in the 1980s, the plot focuses on Fox’s attempts to infiltrate the cult to save his sister.
