When they bought the house it was reported that it needed a lot of work, which already had four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The energy couple had 60 solar panels installed and more trees on the site.

The house is on a huge piece of land and the landscape seems to be completed.
In 2021, only the grass around the freshly landscaped swimming pool has been done; bushes and trees, as well as a stone walkway are completed.
