Firerose’s bombshell handwritten love note she left for Billy Ray Cyrus days after he filed for divorce emerges… as country singer accuses her of lying over abuse claims

Billy Ray Cyrus’ camp has responded to claims from his estranged wife Firerose that country music had psychologically abused her and appeared to undermine her allegations with evidence of texts and notes she sent to the musical artist after he filed for divorce, in which she indicated that she had tried to reconcile the marriage.

Firerose’s claims “are especially confusing and suspicious because of their veracity, as she begged Cyrus to forgive her and take her back just two days after he entered his plea to annul his marriage,” representatives for Billy Ray Cyrus said Tuesday in a statement to DailyMail.com. .

DailyMail.com has obtained a copy of a legal filing that Cyrus’ lawyers filed in the Williamson County, Tennessee, court on Monday.

Excerpts from the lawsuit include a screenshot of a text message and a photo of a handwritten note that Firerose, 35, wrote to Cyrus, 62, days after he filed for divorce on May 23 after about seven months of marriage.

In both the text and the note, Firerose, whose real name is Johanna Rose Hodges, appears to be trying to salvage the relationship amid difficult circumstances of which she gave no specific examples.

Firerose said she was

Firerose said she was “so sorry” to Cyrus in a handwritten note she wrote just days after he filed for divorce on May 23.

Cyrus’ reps said the handwritten note – “professing her love and needing to be with the Achy Breaky Heart singer” – was written by Firerose and left for Cyrus after she left their one-time home under court order.

The note read, “I miss you more than I can ever explain in words, honey. Please let’s get this resolved and nothing but get closer to this hellish experience. I need you. I love you. I’m so sorry.’

Cyrus’ reps said Firerose wrote a lengthy text message that “clearly speaks for itself” — saying she wanted to make peace with him and was very angry about their relationship problems.

“If Cyrus had actually been guilty of the allegations… [Firerose ] claims in her pleadings, then it is baffling to try to explain why she would want to return to live with him,” the reps said. “Besides, she begged him to give her a chance to explain everything to him.”

“I’m listening to you, honey,” she said. ‘I love you. I don’t want us to be on different sides and fight a war that no one wins.

“I’m going to do what you tell me, because you promised me that we can talk once I’m gone, and I trust you. I pray with all my soul that we can find each other again today.”

Firerose continued, “I feel completely lost and miss you more than I can explain. And you will know that I listen to you and show you my actions. We must be kind and loving to each other, no matter what.
