Becoming a billionaire may be just a dream for many who believe you have to be born into wealth, but a new study shows that it may have something to do with your date of birth.
The US is home to the most billionaires in the world, with 189 people living within its borders, while China comes in second, with just 53 residents in the country.
New research has found that 19 of the roughly 500 top billionaires worldwide have one thing in common: they were born on November 30.
These wealthy and successful individuals include publishing magnates, production masters, and film producers.

Financial experts at Track coupon I looked at data from Bloomberg's Top 500 Billionaires list.
They examined each person's industry and date of birth to identify the similarities that may have contributed to their success.
The company found this date to be the most popular, saying it was “way ahead of the other birth dates.”
But if you're worried you've just missed the cutoff, Coupon Follow says not to worry, as October also proved to be the most popular birth month for billionaires.
“If you're worried that you might not get this exact date for your future child, you're in luck,” Coupon Follow said in its press release, adding that 45 of the 500 billionaires were born in October.
Advance Publications owner Donald Newhouse ranks 115th among the 500 richest billionaires, but ranks first for those born on November 30, with a net worth of $15.8 billion.
Goh Cheng Liang founded paint and coatings manufacturer Wuthelam Holdings in Singapore – he was ranked 183rd overall, but is second for most popular birthday and has a net worth of $11.1 billion.

Coupon Follow reported that January 1 was the only date that came close, with 13 billionaires born that day, but every other date listed revealed that only between two and four billionaires shared that birthday.
This information comes less than a week into 2024, after a Statista survey found that more than half of people aged 18 to 64 prioritized saving more money for their New Year's resolutions.
While this may seem like a lofty goal, a separate Forbes Health survey found that the average New Year's resolution lasts just 3.74 months, with only one percent of people sticking to it for the entire calendar year.
This year could be the perfect opportunity to test Coupon Follows' findings and see if the October and November 30 babies will fall below the one percent mark.
