Final breakfast of only woman killed on Prigozhin’s jet: Stewardess’ last post from airport lounge while she waited for ‘mystery repairs’ to be carried out on the plane

Last breakfast of the only woman who died on Prigozhin’s plane: The flight attendant’s last post from the airport lounge as she waited for ‘mystery repairs’ to be made on the plane

The latest photo taken by the only woman who died when Wagner Group Chief Yevgeny Prigozhin’s plane crashed has been revealed.

Flight attendant Kristina Raspopova posted a photo of her last meal on Twitter before boarding the doomed flight.

Ms. Raspopova along with ten other people, comprising seven passengers and three crew members, were killed when the private jet crashed on August 23.

Russian mercenary leader Yevgeny Prigozhin was on the passenger list of the Embraer-135 (EBM-135BJ) flight from Moscow to Saint Petersburg

The stewardess reportedly told relatives that the plane was delayed due to a technical inspection and classified repairs.

Wednesday’s crash in the Tver region, northwest of the capital Moscow, comes on the same day that Russian general Sergei Surovikin was reportedly sacked as chief of the air force.

Prigozhin led an aborted mutiny against Russian forces in June.

According to the Russian state news agency Interfax, all ten bodies have been recovered.

US officials have claimed that the plane crash that allegedly killed Prigozhin and Wagner Group co-founder Dmitry Utkin was likely caused by a surface-to-air missile.

Speaking on condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of the case, the officials stressed that the information is still preliminary and under review.

Their assessment contradicts that of several independent Russian media, which claimed that the explosion was probably caused by a bomb placed on board.

Russian outlet Baza, which published schematics of the plane, pointed to a service compartment near the bathroom in the plane’s tail section, behind the wings, which was an ideal place to hide a bomb.

The plane, which had Prigozhin listed as a passenger on the flight list, was later reported to have caught fire, as images posted on social media claimed to show the wreckage.
