I have the world’s biggest lips but I’ve had filler injected on both sides of my nose to even things out – it could be life threatening, but I want to look young

A woman who claims she has ‘the biggest lips in the world’ has admitted to using even more filler to ‘even things out’.

Andrea Ivanova, 26, from Bulgaria, said she had the dissolvable substance injected into both sides of her nose to avoid looking “aged” and “maintain a youthful face.”

The social media influencer – who recently made headlines for having six procedures done in one day as an ‘experiment’ – also revealed she was warned by doctors that the extra filler could be ‘life-threatening’.

But in the same breath she claimed her current surgeon had advised the £437 procedure was ‘very important’ as part of preventative measures to prevent future facial wrinkles.

She explained: ‘My doctor said it’s very important [to have filler] in these areas as if there is none, my face will look older over the years.

‘Because I have a large amount of filler in both my lips and cheekbones, filler builds up on both sides of my face, causing wrinkles.

‘Such vulnerable areas need to be moisturized and injected to keep things fresh and young.’

Although the former psychology student – who has spent more than £20,000 on lip fillers alone – complained about the ‘sweet pain’ the procedure brought, she was pleased with the ‘beautiful’ results.

Andrea is known for her voluptuous lips and sharp cheeks after countless filler jobs.

Andrea became somewhat of an expert in cosmetic technique and had noticed her nasolabial wrinkles ‘worsening’ before the augmentation.

And while she intended to resolve this, she initially had some concerns.

She said: ‘This area is quite dangerous for injection as the sinuses are located there as well as many blood vessels.

‘It is possible that if these are blocked the situation could be life-threatening.

“Although it is dangerous, in my opinion injecting this area is a must to maintain a youthful face.”

Despite her surgeon’s continued concerns, she has since been told that some necessary steps need to be taken in order to proceed with the extreme transformation.

Andrea added, “My doctor is concerned about necrosis of the tissue in my lips, but as long as I’m careful and remember to moisturize, I’ll be fine.”

‘It’s hard to smile and I have to drink a lot of water because the hyaluronic acid acts like a sponge.

‘I can’t rub my face hard with my hands when I wash it, and I can’t make sudden movements where the newly injected areas are.

‘But I will have the nasolabial folds re-injected because I want my lips and cheeks to become more voluminous.’

Andrea is keen to continue with the facial treatments, despite warnings from several medical staff.

She explained: ‘However, they are convinced that I am also going too far with the augmentation of my cheekbones, but I am absolutely convinced that I will continue with these procedures without stopping.’

In an attempt to achieve her dream look, Andrea recently underwent six procedures in one day as an ‘experiment’, spending a whopping £830 on the invasive process.

Her long list of treatments included chin shaping, jaw enlargement and lengthening, jaw shaping and lip enlargement, as well as cheekbone enhancement – all in one go.

Andrea revealed it was extreme, confessing that she previously only had a maximum of three needles in her face at a time.

The social media influencer even had to find a doctor in Germany to perform the procedures on February 21, 2024, which her usual surgeon outright refused.

And while Andrea was excited about the experience, she admitted that it had been extremely painful – even more so than normal.

“I have pain all over my face at the moment and my jaw and chin are hurting a lot,” she said.

‘It’s hard for me to laugh because of the pain in my cheekbones and there’s a tightening sensation across my face.’

However, she thinks that this feeling after the treatment is normal because the ‘filler is not yet in place’.
