Shocked friends and colleagues have come out in support of the family of a beloved father and FIFO worker who died heartbroken in a horrific motorcycle accident.

Paul Trumper, 57, lost control of his Royal Enfield motorcycle on July 4 while riding on Ainsbury Parade, near Clarkson, north of Perth.

The seriously injured father of two was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital with a brain haemorrhage but never regained consciousness and died eight days later.

Mr Trumper worked as an electrician for an electrical solutions company and was enjoying a week off when the accident happened.

Shane McNasser, Managing Director of Nasslec Electrical, is still in shock following the tragic death of his employee, with whom he worked for two years.

“My first thought was his children and his wife. It’s devastating,” he said 7news.com.au.

He described Mr Trumper, who moved to Western Australia from England with his family, as a good friend who loved to laugh.

“He was a good fit for everyone. No job was too big or too small. He just went for it,” McNasser said.
