FFXIV Endwalker Manderville relic weapon guide, quest, and steps

Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker now has his relic weapon, legendary tools crafted by Godbert Manderville and Gerolt, two masters of their craft.

These Manderville weapons will end up being the best weapon in the expansion (as more upgrades come for them), so it’s good to take a leap and start collecting them for the various courses you’re playing right now.

Update (March 7): The release of patch 6.35 added the second step of the search for relic weapons in Manderville. We’ve updated this guide with information on how to get the second weapon below.

Relic weapons, explained

Relic weapons are special weapons that look beautiful and typically have a unique glowing animation. After upgrading the weapon multiple times over the span of several patches, you have the best weapon in the house Runner like a trophy for your hard work, but the amount of work you have to put in is huge. Do the steps over a longer period of time, rather than trying to do it quickly and burn out.

There are many steps to get the best weapon in the expansion, and for any weapon you want you will have to start from the beginning and repeat most of the steps.

Requirements for Endwalker Relic Weapons

Before you start the quest for the relic weapon, you should actually complete all of the Manderville side missions. There is a series of missions for each expansion (except Shadow bringers) and you have to do them in order. Once a set ends, the credits roll and the gang appears in a new area. The first Manderville quest in each expansion is as follows:

To do the expansion’s Hildebrand quest, you must have completed that expansion’s main scenario quest. For example, you can’t do “A Hingan Tale: Nashu Goes Eat” until you complete the MSQ titled “Stormblood”.

In addition, any task that you want your relic weapon for must be at level 90. Once you’ve got all this sorted out, you can really start crafting your relic weapon.

Step 1: How to Make a Manderville Weapon

This is the base of your relic weapon. Are article level 615 and this part of the quest for relic weapons has been added patch 6.25. To get this weapon, talk to the NPC below as the task you want the weapon for:

  1. After talking to Godbert, go to Jubrunnah near the main Aetheryte in Radz-at-Han.
  2. Stock exchange Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy for 3 Manderium meteorites. A meteorite costs 500 volumes.
  3. Turn in the Manderium Meteorites to Gerolt to get your relic weapon.

That is it! If you want another relic weapon for another job, all you have to do is talk to the “House Manderville Artisan” next to Gerolt and give him three more Manderium Meteorites.

Step 2: How to Make a Great Manderville Weapon

This is a glowing version of the weapon from step one. Are article level 630. This part of the quest for relic weapons has been added patch 6.35.

  1. Complete the Manderville quests”The spectacle of the inspection,” And “Generation bond” that were added in patch 6.35.
  2. To talk with rolled in The high crucible of Al-kimiya in Radz-at-Han to start the quest “Oiled” as the job you want the weapon for.
  3. Go to Jubrunnah on Radz-at-Han’s main Aetheryte Square.
  4. Stock exchange Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy for 3 complementary chondrite. A condrite costs 500 volumes.
  5. Hand in the items to Gerolt.

That’s all for this step! If you want another relic weapon for another job, all you have to do is talk to the “House Manderville Artisan” next to Gerolt and give him three additional chondrites.

More steps to upgrade your weapon will come in later patches and based on previous relic weapons, the later steps will require you to work out different tasks and FATEs. We will update this guide as more relic weapon steps are added to the game.

If you want to grind something in the meantime, you can use a Shadow bringers relic weapon. Thank God.
