Festival fans looking for tickets to Glastonbury expressed their desperation as they tried to secure their place at the event on Thursday evening.
Many complained on Twitter that they had been sitting on the ‘squiggly’ waiting page for ages, waiting to see if they would be going to Worthy Farm in June.
Tickets for Glastonbury 2024 went on sale at 6pm and thousands of festival goers were ready to log in straight away.
It follows a two-week delay in the sales process, which came after some customers failed to realize their registration had expired or been deleted earlier this month.
One said on Twitter about the waiting page: “I’m going to have nightmares about this loading screen tonight #glastonbury.”

According to Ladbrokes, the chances of the girl group performing the huge performance on the Worthy Farm stage next year are 3/1.
Ladbroke Live’s Alex Apati took a closer look at the new predictions for the Glastonbury 2024 headliner.
Apati said: ‘Girls Aloud sent the pop world into complete meltdown this morning with the announcement of a new single and given the reception they’ve had, we wouldn’t be surprised if they take center stage at Glastonbury next year.’
He added: ‘Glasto-goers love a big reunion, and with a possible tour planned for Cheryl and co in the coming months, we’ll be keeping a close eye on any gaps in their diary around June 2024.’

Eavis has reportedly confirmed that the Legends artist has already been booked on Sunday afternoon, suggesting the musician is a woman.
But she remained tight-lipped about other details about the act.
