A rare, $600,000, purpose-built racing Ferrari has collided with oncoming cars after the driver lost control at high speed and swerved to the wrong side of the road.
The spectacular crash took place in South Yarra, a suburb of Melbourne, along the busy Punt Road, which was full of traffic at 4.30pm Sunday after an AFL game at the MCG.
Dashcam footage shows the red Ferrari 360 Challenge racing down the road when it swoops wildly down the track, crushing a Nissan Navara head-on and blasting it into the air.

The 4WD utility lands on a Subaru Impreza, where it balanced with the front wheels lifted off the ground.
Incredibly no one was seriously injured.
Eric Moller, driving for the Nissan, witnessed the crash.
“The Ferrari was on the other side of the road,” he told Channel Nine.
“I looked in my rearview mirror just as the collision happened. It’s just good that everyone could walk out of there given the amount of damage’
Ferrari Club Australia secretary Geoff Petherbridge told Seven News the car costs around $600,000.

A motorist said they looked in their rear view mirror and saw the massive collision after seeing the Ferrari ‘honking’ on the other side of the road
He said that because that Ferrari brand has a rear engine and most of the damage is on the front of the vehicle, it may be repairable, but there is one catch.
“There are no spare parts for that particular model anywhere,” he said.
Victoria Police said all drivers were spoken to at the scene and no one was seriously injured.
No charges have been filed.
“Police want to speak to anyone who witnessed driving one of the vehicles involved prior to the collision or who has dash cam or other video footage of the incident,” a police spokesman said.
