Trust me, I don’t look that glamorous 99% of the time, I had glam because these snaps are kind of BTS from the OK shoot.

‘2.5 weeks Finty, the days run into each other, I’m up every 2 hours and most mornings we sleep in…but that’s life with a newborn and it’s all totally worth it for this beautiful girl. We are completely lost in the bubble.’

In an interview with OK! magazine, Ferne shared that the couple have chosen to name their little one Finty Francis Haines-McCann.

Ferne said she chose Francis as her daughter’s middle name, using the traditional masculine spelling to honor a very special family member.

Explaining the sweet reason for her middle name, Ferne said, “Francis is my grandpa’s name — it’s a nod to Grandpa Frank.”

The traditional name is of Latin origin and means ‘Frenchman’ or ‘free man’.

She then revealed the inspiration behind Finty’s unique name, saying, “I don’t know where I got it from, but when I typed it [on Google ] I saw Judi Dench’s daughter’s nickname is Finty.

“I’ve always loved it and never heard it anywhere else. I just feel so connected to the name – she came out and she was just Finty. I think she sounds like a character from Bridgerton.”

The reality star then explained the meaning behind Finty’s middle name and noted that there was a special family connection.

She said, “Francis is my grandfather’s name—it’s a nod to Grandpa Frank.”

And Ferne confessed that she loved the names so much that she really hoped to give birth to another girl, joking that she sees herself as the “the Essex Kris Jenner” with an “army of girls.”

She added that she sees herself having “two more” kids, joking that she’d “have another one tomorrow” if she could, though she “couldn’t see myself” having a baby boy.

During the chat, the mother-of-two opened up about Finty’s home birth, which was filmed for the star’s First Time Mum reality show.

Despite saying she “just can’t wait to share the special moment with her fans,” Ferne said whether she would broadcast the birth is “currently in discussion” with her fiancé Lorri.

She explained that while she was expecting on Sunday, she was a single parent, so she didn’t have to “deliberate or maintain contact” with anyone else, but this time she needs Lorri to “get over things” and come to an agreement together.

Ferne has daughter Sunday, five, from a previous relationship with imprisoned acid attacker Arthur Collins. Lorri also has a son named Noah who is the same age as Sunday with his ex-partner.

Meanwhile, the TV personality shared that her eldest child Sunday has already bonded with the toddler after happily taking on the role of the ‘big sister’, with Sunday even loving changing her sister’s diaper as she finds the poop ‘hysterical’.

She added that the youngster doesn’t quite understand how “delicate” the newborn is yet and just wants to hold her all the time, with Ferne noting that Sunday is “obsessed” with Finty.

Ferne announced the news of her baby girl earlier this month, sharing a black and white video of her little one on Instagram.

Ferne, her daughter Sunday and Lorri then all put their hands on the little girl’s stomach.

Captioning the video, she wrote, ‘It’s a girl 06.07.23’.

She posted the video to a cover of Shaggy’s hit song Angel, with the lyrics, “Girl you’re my angel.” You are my sweet angel. Closer than my peeps are you to me, dear.’

Her celebrity friends rushed to the comments to congratulate the couple, including some of her TOWIE co-stars.

Jess Wright wrote, “Congratulations” with a ton of heart emojis, while Mario Falcone said, “Huge congratulations to all of you, a little friend to Cali ❤️.”

Ferne announced last year that she’s expecting a baby with Lorri, but they didn’t know the sex of their child so it could come as a surprise.
