Ferne McCann shares bump pictures as she works out with pregnant Danielle Armstrong

Pregnant Ferne McCann shared a series of photos of her belly on Instagram on Monday.

She showed pictures of her belly while working out with Danielle Armstrong, who is also expecting her second child.

But former TOWIE star Ferne, 32, was quick to remind her fans that while she’s had a lovely week, things are never quite as perfect as they seem on social media.

And she said life felt “troublesome” at times due to a series of accidents, including her daughter Sunday falling from a tree.

She was also left in tears at the school gate.

Ferne wrote, “The best of the week. And I say the best, because between the loveliness of having friends over for dinner, having a wonderful hypno birth session, going back to school on Sunday in her gorgeous summer uniform, and cuddling my puppy, LIFE Happened!

“Remember, Instagram is only people’s highlights. We share what we want people to see.’

She continued, “I’ve had moments this week where life felt tumultuous and all over the place (defo to blame it on the mercury retrograde).

“Sunday fell out of a tree (she’s fine by the way), I simply ran out of gas and my sister had to come and rescue me.

“I got my foot stuck under the front door and kicked the metal thing which prevented us from closing it and Lorri had to call an emergency locksmith who literally just slid this metal thing back on.

‘I forgot that Sunday was forest school and cried a little at the school gate. The ebb and flow of life.’

She concluded: “I think we can quickly get sucked into someone’s weekly Instagram ‘dump’ and think their life is perfect. The perfect husband, kids, house, life, jobs, face.

“They look like they’ve got their shit together and are doing it right!” It makes you feel empty [sic] worthless and like you are not going anywhere in life. We all feel this, don’t we?

‘But I don’t think anyone has it all figured out. I believe life comes with its ups and downs and its highs and lows. Remember you only see HIGHLIGHTS from people.”

Meanwhile, Ferne has insisted that she and fiancé Lorri have not found out the sex of the baby yet, wanting to keep it a surprise.

It comes after Ferne revealed her due date, saying that she and Lorri have already decided on a name for their unborn child.

She revealed that she is due this summer, adding that she had already picked out a girl name, which they were both “obsessed” with.

Ferne later added that all that matters is that the baby is happy and healthy, but she and Lorri have not yet decided on a boy’s name.
