The former TOWIE star welcomed a baby girl with her businessman fiance Lorri Haines, 31, on July 6.
Ferne wrote, “Finty’s arrival has me all over again in awe of my body. I carried the flame and gave birth to the fire.
“I really wasn’t sure if I should share this photo because it’s funny right? People have so much to say about other people’s choices with THEIR bodies.
This is what MY BODY looks like after birth. I know some people will probably say that I look good or that I don’t need to push myself.
“Let me be clear – I’m not. However, I am ready to feel more confident and comfortable in MY skin and I want to inspire other women to feel the same way.
“I won’t exercise until I get everything clear after my 6-week checkup, but I can still lose weight and have energy and prioritize my well-being.”
‘Our Healthy Body Healthy Mind Focus starts on Monday 7 August and is the perfect combination of body and mind.
“I feel so ready to nourish my body, to be nourished so that I can be the best for my two girls, to work on my mindset, to be kind to myself.
‘Who’s with me? No pressure, no crazy restriction, just great low calorie food to complement a healthy day.’

Ferne’s post was quickly flooded with praise from her followers, including her boyfriend Danielle Armstrong, who welcomed her second daughter with husband Tommy Edney in June.
Danielle wrote: ‘Looking beautiful my dear, the female body is powerful. I am sure this message will inspire many women to join you on your journey.”
Vicky Pattison added: ‘Still gorgeous mate.’
One fan commented, “Best picture ever. The woman’s body is an incredible thing. That you show and show everyone what you are like as a person and spread the love for ourselves with everything you do in your life is incredible.
‘You are an angel. Beautiful inside and out, I can see that.’
‘More of this is needed! There’s so much pressure, but I’ve noticed us women taking back the power to say you know what – we’re women, our bodies work wonders, we’re human beings and balls for anyone who doesn’t like the “realness” of it. Massive respect for this,” added a second.
In an interview with OK! magazine, Ferne shared that the couple have chosen to name their little one Finty Francis Haines-McCann.
Ferne said she chose Francis as her daughter’s middle name, using the traditional masculine spelling to honor a very special family member.
Explaining the sweet reason for her middle name, Ferne said, “Francis is my grandpa’s name — it’s a nod to Grandpa Frank.”
The traditional name is of Latin origin and means ‘Frenchman’ or ‘free man’.
She then revealed the inspiration behind Finty’s unique name, saying, “I don’t know where I got it from, but when I typed it in (on Google) I saw that Judi Dench’s daughter’s nickname is Finty.
