Hannah Marth allegedly texted the teen and invited him to her residence at about 2 a.m. on May 22, 2021, and engaged in sexual contact, the Northampton County District Attorney’s office said in a release.

Marth, who is a teacher in the Easton Area School District, confessed to romantic involvement with the teen in May 2021. The teenager allegedly told police that he and Marth had a relationship that lasted until October 2022.

“As a practice, the school district does not comment on pending criminal or personnel matters,” he said.
