FedEx is building its own all-in-one end-to-end e-commerce platform – but will this finally be enough to address end-user complaints?

Shipping giant FedEx has announced plans to launch a new e-commerce platform called fdx.

The new platform is designed to connect a customer across their entire shopping journey. FedEx believes this will unlock the potential for businesses to increase demand, increase conversion, optimize fulfillment and streamline returns.
