  • This attack comes on the heels of other similar bear incidents in Pennsylvania

The video uploaded today shows the moment when a brave man was hit by a huge bear and left bloody as he escorted the wild creature out of his campsite.

The fearless man confidently herded the huge black bear away from a campground in Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania.

Other concerned campers in the video could be heard telling their friend in the background to be careful and get out, but the brave man, named only Mike, continued to confront the intruder bear.

Mike was seen leading the bear all the way across the campground, where the group had set up chairs and a TV, until they reached the gate.

The bear aggressively swiped its paw across Mike’s side belly in one swift motion, prompting Mike to point his finger at the creature and say, “No!” before commanding the bear to leave through the hole in the fence.

After the bear wiped out Mike, he aggressively told the bear, “No!” and pointed to the exit

After finally forcing the bear to leave their campsite, Mike lifted his shirt to show the group his battle scars, grinning with pride at his victory over the creature.

Mike’s fellow campers were shocked to see two bloody smears all the way down the side of Mike’s stomach.

Lake Harmony is located in the Poconos area of Pennsylvania, which has seen many bear invasions recently due to food shortages.

Last September, a hungry mother bear and three of her babies were caught by a call camera breaking into someone’s home on Pocono Lake, Pennsylvania.

The video shows the mother bear and her cubs trying to open the front door with their paws.

They eventually managed to climb through the window by pushing through the screen to enter the kitchen, where they searched the refrigerator.

Homeowner John Costanzo said the bear family ate all the food in his fridge and tried to come back the next day.

Fortunately, Costanzo had locked his window and set up bear traps to warn the wild animals, but they weren’t as successful the second time around.

A game warden was able to catch the mother and two of the three cubs and they were taken to a bear sanctuary where they could get enough food without having to break into houses and raid refrigerators.

Video captured in August shows the moment a Pennsylvania father was hit by a bear in Montour County while in his garage.

The father was filling his children’s swimming pool and disturbed the bear rummaging through the garbage for food.

This prompted the wild beast to bite him on the top of his head in a terrifying moment before the creature ran out of the garage.
