Fear the Walking Dead star Sam Underwood will NOT face charges after arrest for domestic battery for ‘roughing up’ woman during heated argument

Fear the Walking Dead star Sam Underwood will not face charges after he was arrested for domestic violence earlier this month after allegedly “rolling up” a woman during a heated altercation.

The English actor, 36, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 7 in Los Angeles after he got into an argument that turned into a physical altercation with a woman, whose identity has not been revealed.

Police were called to the apartment where they found the woman with visible marks on her body, TMZ reports. She did not need medical attention.

The married Underwood was arrested for domestic violence and was held in jail for 10 hours before being released, the newspaper reported. He denied the allegations.

TMZ has confirmed that Underwood will not be charged in the arrest, as the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office has dismissed the case.

According to TMZ, Underwood’s lawyer last week had photos, video recordings and audio recordings that would have refuted the case against him.

Underwood is married to California-born actress Valorie Curry, and the couple tied the knot in July 2016.

They met while filming The Following in 2013, where Underwood played twins Luke and Mark Gray and Curry played Emma Hill.

Underwood co-starred with Alec Baldwin in the stage production of Equus, and also had roles in Homeland and Fear The Walking Dead – a prequel to AMC’s Walking Dead.

He starred in the third season of Jake Otto Fear The Walking Dead, which aired in 2017.

He also played the role of Adam Carrington in the reboot of Dynasty from 2019-2022.
