FBI agents carry out search warrant for Republican Andy Ogles amid campaign finance ‘mistakes’
According to local reports, a Tennessee Republican was frisked by the FBI late last week.
Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., who represents part of Nashville, was frisked by federal authorities, a local newspaper reported WTVF reported on Tuesday.
Ogles had just won his thrilling Republican primary on August 1.
The Tennessee representative is currently embroiled in a controversy over his campaign finances.
The Republican Party office did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.

In May, Ogles filed a series of amended campaign finance reports, admitting that he had not personally loaned his campaign $320,000, as he had previously reported.
Other changes to financial disclosure prompted Ogles to retract claims he made to the Federal Election Commission.
