FBI agent is accused of setting up ‘revenge porn’ cameras to film up to EIGHTY victims at his home – including his ex-wife and ex-fiancée

An FBI agent is accused of hoarding thousands of “revenge porn” images of up to 80 women that he secretly recorded in his home.

Mark Allan Wells, 45, was arrested after three women, including his ex-wife, came forward last May and police searched his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Investigators discovered 2,245 photos and videos on his laptop, organized into 55 albums, about 75 percent of which were sexually explicit.

According to court documents, albums were labeled with up to 80 women’s names, usually just the first name, with subfolders with labels such as “lyrics.”

Police claimed they had been secretly recorded without the women’s consent, but found no hidden cameras during their search, although they did find a fake smoke detector.

Wells also allegedly sent explicit images to at least eight people, some of which showed women performing sex acts.

Morgan Ballou, who dated Well for six and six months in 2016-2017 and then again for almost four years in 2018 to 2022, said he bragged about his collection.

After he showed her the vast trove of his previous conquests, she contacted one of the women, his fiancée Savannah Smith, and told her about it.

The two women later filed a complaint with police, launching the investigation, and more women contacted police after Wells was charged.

Wells initially denied the collection existed during a police interview before detectives found it on his hard drive.

“I can’t imagine why I would brag to someone I was in an exclusive relationship with about having nude photos of other women,” he said, according to an affidavit.

Wells’ ex-wife also claimed that he secretly recorded her and that she “found a hidden camera on a bookshelf in their guest room.”

Ballou, a car dealer and part-time model and actress, sued Wells on January 18 for $150,000 in damages.

She claimed that in addition to the secret recordings, he also sent the explicit selfies she gave him to at least two people.

Ballou called Wells a “master manipulator” and when she discovered what he did, she felt “angry and very violated.”

‘It puts myself and other victims in a very vulnerable position. “I worked hard for the career I have and the life I have, and all of that could have changed in an instant,” she said. Fox 23.

“One day I hope to get to a point where I feel like I’m not relevant to him, but right now it’s disgust.”

Smith said she initially didn’t believe it when Ballou contacted her because she was planning to start a new life with him.

“At the time I was completely oblivious and since then it’s been a whirlwind trying to figure out who he was as a person,” she told 2 News.

“An alias Facebook contacted me and kind of let me know who he really was. Of course I didn’t want to believe it.

“I planned to marry him, he was going to be the father figure in my child’s life… For me it starts all over again.”

Smith packed up and moved to Southern California “mainly because I was terrified,” but found love with another man.

Wells originally faced just four charges, but more were added when he appeared in court Wednesday as dozens more women were identified.

He now faces two Peeping Tom charges and 11 charges of non-consensual distribution of sexual images, and will appear in court on April 1.

The FBI suspended him as soon as he was indicted, pending the outcome of the case, saying such behavior “would not be tolerated.”

“As soon as the allegation became public, the employee was removed from special agent duties and denied access to FBI facilities pending resolution of the matter,” it said at the time.

“We strongly condemn any behavior that does not meet the highest standards. We are cooperating with local police and all relevant entities investigating the matter.”
