The former Love Island star was embroiled in a public dispute with Higgins on Tuesday after the star-studded ceremony at London’s O2 Arena, believed to have been caused by a pair of shoes.
With the Irish influencer nowhere to be seen when the Boots Beauty Awards kicked off, Winter was one of the guests who made a special appearance at the annual event.
