Faye Winter pranked her best friend for taking her to a wedding fair after her split from ex-boyfriend Teddy Soares.

The 27-year-old former Love Island star took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday to reveal that she had accompanied her close friend Katie Hoyle to a lavish wedding event.

Jokingly, she asked her friend if she ‘hated’ her so she took her to the fair, apparently referencing her recent split from 28-year-old Teddy.

In one video, Faye is seen petting two golden retrievers wearing tuxedo-style bandanas before asking Katie about the wedding fair.

However, Faye told her fans not to worry before jokingly showing a very alarmed face to the camera.

She said, “When your best friend takes you to a wedding fair, don’t worry, don’t worry, we’ve got it, obviously.”

Faye then asked her friend, “Do you really hate me or do you love me?”, and Katie replied that she “loves” her.

To which Faye then said, ‘Is that why you brought me to a wedding fair right now?’

Earlier this month, Faye and Teddy announced their separation after a year and a half of dating amid speculation that the couple had split.

Faye shared a photo of her and Teddy’s pet dog, Bonnie, and wrote: ‘I wanted to let you know that after much time and consideration, Teddy and I have decided to go our separate ways.

She added: ‘Thank you all so much for supporting our relationship and sharing the journey with us. I will be eternally grateful.

Faye and Teddy, who appeared on ITV2’s Love Island, were fan favourites, and despite a trial time on Casa Amor, came third on the reality show.

Prior to their split, the couple had been unusually quiet on each other’s social posts, before reports surfaced that the couple were “in crisis talks” regarding their relationship.

Last week, Teddy broke his silence on the split, saying he has “nothing but respect” for the former realtor.

He said: ‘Everything you’ve been reading in the press is false. I have had nothing but love and respect for Faye since we met.

He continued the post with: ‘I do not wish to comment on the rumors speculating about our relationship and I ask that you please respect our privacy at this time. I love Teddy.

The neutral-toned bedroom is understood to be in the house she shared with Teddy, whom she met on the 2021 Love Island series.

Her friends seem to be joining her as Faye headed out for a girls’ night out on the town with her former Love Island co-stars on Friday.

She took to Instagram to share a plethora of mind-blowing snaps as she enjoyed a fun-filled girls’ night out in the town of Mnky Hse.

Faye didn’t shy away from showing off her enviable figure in a figure-hugging velvet mini dress with a daring low neckline.

She put on a leggy display in a pair of black over-the-knee boots and finished her sizzling look with lace stockings.

Faye added a touch of glitz to her look with a sparkling silver-jeweled Prada bag, but otherwise kept her accessories to a minimum.

She swept her golden locks back into a high bun and let her bangs fall loose and frame her features.
