Farrah Abraham took her daughter Sophia Laurent to get two more piercings for her 14th birthday.

Teen Mom’s 31-year-old vet shared a video of the teen with a snake bite and earlobe piercing to her Instagram account on Wednesday.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY 14!” Farrah started in the title of the post. ‘Snake Bite & Ear Lobe Piercing Party! 6 piercings later #snakebitepiercings you match your snake (pie emoji)’, she continued. ‘Can you even eat your cake?’ she added her, along with a host of hashtags.

Fans were divided in the comments section, with some criticizing Farrah for allowing her daughter to get the piercing at such a young age, while others praised her for letting her teen express herself.

The latest piercings come after Sophia got her septum pierced for her 13th birthday, for which Farrah has also received criticism.

‘I’m not sure who is the father and who is the child here. I am the father of a 14 year old son. His priorities are school and homework, not piercings,” one posted.

There were also many supportive fans who stood up for Farrah and Sophia.

“I’m not the biggest fan of Farah, but I will say one thing I can appreciate about her is that she allows Sophia the freedom to express herself, many people say she’s too young, yet we pinned our belly buttons in the bathroom school at 13 ‘, said a fan.

Last year, Farrah defended herself against criticism after allowing her daughter to get her septum pierced on her 13th birthday.

The former Teen Mom star said TMZ that while she was personally ‘not in favor’, her daughter wanted to get the piercing so she made sure everything was done professionally and in accordance with local restrictions.

“For those who may feel it’s inappropriate for my daughter to have her nose done professionally, legally, I’m interested in being legal,” she explained.

‘We comply with the law. I’m doing everything I can as a parent to make sure she’s healthy and happy, and I covered those bases. So congratulations to Sofia. I wish her the best in her adolescence, and if she wants to get more piercings, more power to her ”.

Farrah pointed out that Sophia’s ‘generation’ is ‘so different’ from her own when she explained that her only son was the first in the family to get the nose piercing.

“I would rather have it done by a professional, sanitized and cleaned, than have my teenage son run away, do it herself, and get infected,” he said.

Farrah welcomed Sophia in 2009, a month after the girl’s father, Derek Underwood, died in a tragic car accident.

She was just 17 years old and eight months pregnant when she began filming 16 and Pregnant.

The star appeared in seven seasons of the hit reality show before being fired for her decision to return to the adult entertainment industry.
