Tammy Hembrow is enjoying the results of her latest breast implant surgery.

The fitness influencer, 30, shared a series of photos on Instagram on Thursday as she enjoyed a girls’ trip to Greece.

In the images, Tammy put on a busty display as she posed in a skimpy pink bikini and matching tiny shorts.

The swimwear was very revealing and allowed Tammy’s new arrivals to be seen.

While some fans complimented the fitness mogul’s new look, others questioned her decision to get a boob job.

“I feel like you would look so much better with smaller boobs,” one person said.

“I need some floaties too,” someone said.

The star is recovering from a breast implant revision procedure to repair her implants after breast exercises caused them to separate.

The revision surgery involves replacing old breast implants with new ones and can solve problems created by surgical problems or natural body changes.

Last month, Tammy revealed that she had undergone a breast implant revision procedure while documenting her recovery.

In late July, she underwent a mysterious operation and later confirmed that her eight-year-old breast implants were scheduled to be removed and replaced.

In a video, Tammy explained that she decided to have them replaced because she felt “insecure” about the way they were caring after they moved for her gym exercises.

“It’s been a little bit of insecurity of mine for a while, just like how they were sitting and just not doing what I wanted them to do,” she explained.

‘She got [the surgery] done at One Cosmetic in Sydney. She is currently experiencing a lot of swelling and bloating from the anesthesia.”

Her surgery took place just months before her wedding, as she will exchange vows with her partner Matt Zukowski in November.

The couple quickly started planning their wedding just weeks after they got engaged in December after three months of dating.

Despite concerns about them running down the aisle, the couple told Ny Breaking Australia earlier this year that they are “very happy” together.

‘So good. Very happy. I couldn’t be happier,” they said of their shocking engagement.

‘We’re in the middle of wedding planning. It’s not that bad. I mean, I don’t have to do much, I just have to kind of sit there,” Matt added.

Tammy has been engaged twice before, the first time to influencer Reece Hawkins, with whom she shares her son Wolf and daughter Saskia.

In November 2021, the fitness guru got engaged to restaurateur and former Ironman Matt Poole. The couple split in December 2022 and share daughter Posy, two.
