Another user added: ‘Call me Karen, but man, keep your loved ones safe. Life jackets FFS!’

Cummins responded to one of the critics in the comments, saying, “Take a day off Karen, you know where the door is.”

The commentator replied: ‘I’m not the only one saying that. [it] there is much more [people calling you out] about the life jackets. Don’t call me Karen because of your bad decision to take your little babies out on a boat.’

Not all reactions were critical, with some fans defending Cummins.

One user started with: ‘My first thought was the absolute love between a father and his children.

“When he first came here, you were given a huge responsibility and you had to get yourself out of your own way,” he explained.
