Fans of Tammy Hembrows have noticed a surprising detail in the influencer's latest family portrait.
The influencer, who recently announced her engagement to Love Island Australia star Matt Zukowski, posted a wholesome photo of herself on Instagram on Thursday as she posed in pajamas alongside son Wolf, eight, and daughters Saskia, six, and Posy, one.
'Best time of the year. Reminder this holiday season and every season: It's literally SO easy to just be a nice person,” she captioned the post.
However, it didn't take long for fans to discover a hyper-realistic, armless baby doll being held by Posy.

The reality star told hosts Taku and Selina that he was 'not ashamed' of the reproductive issue, but admitted it does affect his approach to dating.
“If I was going to meet a girl… that's one of the first things I tell them. Before I told her on the second date, my ex said, “Hey, just so you know, I can't have kids.”
'I'm not ashamed of it. “I'm not ashamed of it… obviously it's going to become common knowledge now that I'm, you know, shooting blanks and stuff like that,” he added.
