Fans make hilarious predictions about Oasis after Jane’s Addiction onstage fight during reunion show goes viral

Fans of Jane’s Addiction can easily appreciate the humor in singer Perry Ferrell and guitarist Dave Navarro’s onstage outburst during their show in Boston on Friday.

A video of the shoving match went viral online, showing the lead singer approaching Navarro, pushing him, punching him in the face and even throwing a punch before a crew member can intervene.

Navarro had to be escorted off the stage by several crew members when the lights went out.

Fans compared the fuss to the antics of another band, who are known for not getting along well with each other.

“Jane’s Addiction gives everyone a sneak peek at what the Oasis reunion shows will look like,” joked one follower on X, resharing the video.

“Oasis Reunion Tour Prequel featuring Jane’s Addiction,” said another.

“Good to see Oasis, sorry but the Jane’s Addiction reunion is going well,” one commenter joked.

On Instagram, fans pleaded to cancel the remainder of the reunion tour.

“Please cancel the rest of the tour, Jane’s legacy does not deserve to be remembered this way. Especially considering what it took for Dave to come back and get back to his amazing self. Perry we love you, get some help and find your own personal REDEMPTION,” one fan suggested.

“ANGRY OLD FARTS FIGHTING ON STAGE IS PATHETIC!!!!!!” exclaimed another.

Others complained about Perry’s performances at previous concerts.

“I saw the show in Raleigh last night… Perry F was so drunk that the performance was easily the worst concert I’ve ever been to,” one disappointed fan wrote after attending the Sept. 3 performance. “I can’t believe I paid $167 for that “performance.”

Farrell’s wife Etty Lau shared her husband’s story on Instagram.

“Instead of speculating, I thought I would post a firsthand account of what happened on stage,” she wrote after footage of the fight went viral.
