Facundo Buonanotte gave Brighton the lead against Sheffield United in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Saturday and he did so in stunning fashion.
The Argentinian received the ball in the center of the Blades half before pushing past a challenge and finding the top corner with his left from 20 yards.
The strike sparked a jubilant celebration from the Seagulls supporters, with the match commentator saying ‘that’s sensational’.
And fans quickly took to social media to praise the goal.
“There’s the FA Cup goal this season,” one wrote, while another tweeted: “oh wow, what a goal.”

Joao Pedro doubled Brighton’s lead from the spot midway through half-time before the home side hit back.
Gustavo Hamer pulled one back in the 44th minute before William Osula leveled the match in the eighth minute of stoppage time in the first half.
