Official photos of sports stars released before the Olympics are being compared to arrest photos.
Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz, Andy Murray, Rafa Nadal and Iga Swiatek are among the tennis stars who have been photographed ahead of the Paris Olympics. Many fans find the images hilarious.
Golf stars also had similar photos taken, including Rory McIlroy, who took part in the competition in Paris.
One fan joked that the photos “look like photos of Costco membership cards.”
Another wrote: ‘Official Olympic photos???? more mug shots lmao’.

The photo of British women’s number 1 team Katie Boulter looked more normal than some other stars
And another added: ‘Wait a minute, the Olympics can’t afford to use photos that aren’t passport photos?’.
Meanwhile, another fan wrote: ‘Why do they look like they’re going to jail?’.
Furthermore, another supporter noted that the photos are quite different from how tennis stars are usually portrayed, writing: ‘Oh no! A bit different from their Vogue photos’.

The tennis tournaments at the Olympic Games will be held from July 27 to August 4 at Roland Garros.
It will be Murray’s last tournament before he retires.
The golf tournaments will be held from August 1 to 10.
