At the Billboard Music Awards in Los Angeles in May 2021, Drake was named Entertainer of the Decade and brought Adonis onstage with him to accept the honors. As Adonis began to cry, Drake told him, “I want to dedicate this award to you.”

Adonis previously admitted that he’s pretty sure he’ll be “bigger” than his father Drake when he grows up.

In an adorable video shared on Instagram, the Certified Lover Boy rapper debated with his four-year-old son about their possible future height differences.

“Do you think you’re going to be bigger than me?” Drake asked his young son.

Despite his age, Adonis answered with a very confident ‘yes’.

Early in the conversation, Adonis was curious if his father would “get much bigger” than he already is, which Drake assured him was unlikely.

‘When you’re my age, how big are you going to be?’ Drake asked, but Adonis seemed more interested in showing off his French skills.

‘Do you want me to teach you to speak French?’ she replied. Then she said some romantic lines to his father, who did her best to emulate them.
