Fans took to social media in droves to condemn the decision to award Manchester United a penalty against Bournemouth.
The Cherries were leading 2-1 when the ball hit Adam Smith’s arm and the referee immediately pointed to the penalty.
Bruno Fernandes converted from twelve yards and fans were left angry as Smith didn’t appear to have time to get his arm out of the way.
