Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole recently spoke out about another former affair that ended brutally over a text message — and fans appear to have tracked down who she was referring to.
During WNBA star Angel Reese’s “Unapologeically Angel” podcast, Nicole revealed that she moved to New York with plans to move in with an unnamed man.
However, Nicole said he dumped her via text and quickly moved on with a famous singer and actress – who Nicole said she dressed up as during another Halloween.
Internet sleuths quickly found photos of Nicole dressed as Teyana Taylor, the ex-wife of former New York Knicks player Iman Shumpert.
Taylor appeared in the 2015 music video for Kanye West’s “Fade” in a nearly identical workout-themed outfit to the one Nicole ended up wearing for Halloween.

Fans quickly discovered that Nicole had once dressed up as Teyana Taylor (right) – who eventually married Iman Shumpert
NBA champion Shumpert and Taylor married in 2016 and have two daughters together. They broke up last year.
The singer and Shumpert started dating in 2013, married three years later and had two daughters.
However, they finally broke up last year.
Nicole, meanwhile, was in a relationship with Kelce – now the boyfriend of pop star Taylor Swift, of course – from 2017 to 2022.”
Nicole talked about that relationship with Reese.
“My biggest piece of advice when dating an athlete is to always have your own advice. It’s very easy to get caught up in their dream, their vision for their life. Something I had to learn early on was that the relationship could be over tomorrow and what have you?’ she said.
“At the time it was a long-distance relationship, I went back and forth. I was between two apartments and thought, “It’s cool, we’re getting married and I’m going to live in the house, I don’t really need an apartment.”
“We broke up, my lease expired and my car lease expired all at the same time.
She also suggested the public nature of the breakup and that Kelce is now dating one of the most famous people in the world in Swift has been difficult.

“I think the combination of everything is the perfect storm to make you completely disappear from the world,” she said.
‘Behind closed doors, the hardest part is losing a partner, a best friend, who has to talk about cutting ties every day. Then you throw in social media.
“I’d be lying if I said that level of hate and online chaos hasn’t had an impact on me, even to this day. You could go to my most recent posts and people would debate why I suck.
‘It has nothing to do with me. I think there’s something about that level of fame that attracts crazy people, which is a shame because I don’t think I’ve done anything to warrant that kind of reaction.”
Nevertheless, Nicole said her time with Kelce was a “good time” in her life and called the tight end a “great guy.”
