Fani Willis’ special prosecutor Nathan Wade is accused of contempt of court by ailing ex-wife for ‘failing to pay her medical bills’: Had affair with Willis while prosecuting Trump

  • Jocelyn Wade claims her estranged husband, Nathan Wade, is refusing to pay $4,400 in medical bills
  • She claims she has been unable to pay the bills herself since Wade stopped paying child support for their two children
  • Wade was appointed by Fulton County DA Fani Willis to lead her prosecution of Donald Trump for trying to overturn his 2020 election loss.

Scandal-hit special prosecutor Nathan Wade has been accused of contempt of court by his estranged wife in a new divorce filing.

Joycelyn Wade made the accusation in court papers filed Wednesday, claiming her former partner had failed to pay her $4,400 in medical bills.

“The suspect urgently needs medical procedures, namely an endoscopy, colonoscopy and ultrasound, due to the serious physical complaints she is experiencing,” the documents state.

‘These symptoms have significantly affected her ability to consume most foods, leading to significant weight loss.’

She claims she has been unable to pay the bills herself since Wade stopped paying child support for their two children.

Nathan Wade was at the center of a bitter divorce case in which it was revealed he was dating Fulton County Da Fani Willis. The scandal rocked the county’s case against Donald Trump and Nathan was forced to resign as top prosecutor.

Willis’ conduct was investigated in a series of sensational hearings, with High Court Judge Scott McAfee ultimately convicting her of a ‘massive error of judgement’ and of ‘unprofessional conduct’.

However, she escaped with just a slap on the wrist after McAfee dramatically ruled that she could remain in the Trump election interference case if Wade recused himself.

In her documents, Jocelyn claims that Wade violated a temporary court order requiring him to pay her medical bills.

The scorned woman added that she cannot pay them due to Wade’s “sudden termination of support” for their children, leaving her monthly income at less than $1,000 per month.

Jocelyn’s lawyers argue that her health means she is currently unable to work, exacerbating her financial situation.

Wade informed their daughter, an aspiring medical student, that he would no longer pay her rent on Jan. 30, the day after the temporary order was issued, according to the documents.

In her filings, Jocelyn claims that Wade has left her unable to pay her own medical bills since he stopped paying child support.

Nathan also reneged on a commitment to pay for his daughter’s medical school entrance exam, according to the documents.

Jocelyn has been supporting their son, who has been living in Europe since his father stopped caring for him, according to court documents.

His wife’s attorneys claim their client requested that Wade pay her medical expenses upfront, but he has only said he will reimburse her at a later date.

However, Jocelyn claims that her medical provider will not schedule appointments without prepayment.

Her lawyers are now demanding that the judge jail Wade until he pays his medical bills and associated attorney fees.
