Chelsea Clinton is reportedly seeking a highly prized ambassadorial position if Vice President Kamala Harris wins the election in November.
Her parents, former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, immediately supported the vice president after Joe Biden announced he was dropping out of the race.
Harris is quickly gaining popularity in the polls and raising tons of money for her campaign, while former President Donald Trump is increasingly “frustrated” with all the positive attention she is receiving.
The former eldest daughter, 44, is said to be eyeing the UK ambassadorship if Harris wins, with her parents reportedly helping her.
“Chelsea is very keen to become ambassador to the UK,” a source close to the Clintons said The New York Post“There’s a reason Bill and Hillary supported Kamala’s candidacy for president in the first five minutes: They were trying to curry favor.”

Insiders said Chelsea is eyeing the UK ambassadorship if Harris wins and that her parents would help her get there.
Her parents — former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton — quickly endorsed Kamala Harris after Joe Biden withdrew from the presidential race.
“She’s 44 and has a long-held ambition for this. It’s important to her to have her own legacy. She’s always wanted to spend more time abroad, like Caroline Kennedy.”
Sources say the Clintons have been “working on this idea for a long time” and that Chelsea is also considering an ambassadorial position in France.
“I can well imagine that the UK ambassadorship is an ambition for Chelsea, although she is a bit younger. London usually goes to a big donor or fundraiser,” a British embassy official told The Post.
Chelsea was 12 when her father won the presidency, but became a public face after graduation, joining the family foundation and campaigning for her mother during the campaign.
In 2013, NBC’s former eldest daughter was paid $600,000 to do some reporting.
The Clintons strongly denied that they supported Harris in interceding on their daughter’s behalf and getting her a job at the State Department.
“This is one of the most stupid things said by ignorant people,” said a Hillary spokesman.

A Chelsea spokesperson also denied there were any ulterior motives behind her support.
“There is no truth here. Chelsea is proud to support Vice President Harris and is committed to doing everything she can to ensure she is elected in November,” the representative said.
Donald Trump Jr. posted on X about the news coverage of Chelsea’s ambassador hopes with the caption “shocking” and three rolling-eye emojis.
Chelsea responded, “These must be the same people who said I would run for Congress, that I would get married years before I actually did, and that I would have a sibling of the opposite sex.
“I can’t wait to elect Vice President Harris as our next President of the United States… and continue to live in New York City.”
