A family of four – including two children – has been found dead in their Upper West Side apartment.
The two adults and two children died of stab wounds at their fourth-floor home at 328 West 86th Street in Manhattan’s posh neighborhood.
Police and emergency services were called to the scene around 3 p.m. on Monday.
They found the father, 41, mother, 40, and daughter, three, and son, one, dead in the apartment.
According to police sources, knives were found next to the children’s bodies.
The adult victims had their throats cut and the children suffered stab wounds in the body. Police are treating it as a suspected murder-suicide.
