‘And I thought, ‘Why don’t we do the same with our faces too?’ Our face is made up of more than 40 muscles. If you train your face muscles consistently, it can help prevent sagging.’
He added that he wants people to realize that the muscles in the face are “the same” as the muscles in our bodies, and whether he needs an exercise routine for them like he does for his physique.

The revolutionary concept sees a facialist, or ‘facial trainer’, perform a series of sculpting movements that tone and firm your face while you sit back and relax for 45 minutes to an hour.
Facials involve tools including a mini yoga ball ($45) for the face and a high performance contour tool for sculpting multiple ($89), which is something of a Gua Sha tool that seeks to remove excess fluid from the skin and leave it looking less puffy and fresher.
there’s also hyaluronic acid microneedle tools ($98) Designed to help revive skin and inject radiance.
Facials are painless and there is no downtime. They simply ‘work’ your facial muscles to ensure your skin looks as radiant as possible.

This is followed by your cardio, which is where you’ll get the lashing punches that Inge said are “exactly like running on a treadmill at the gym.”
Finally, it ends with a soothing cool down that has “gentler sweeping and draining motions.”
“Celebrating and embracing aging is a big part of our ethos,” Inge said.
‘That’s why the brand came to life. I always say we’re not in the beauty industry, we’re in the confidence-boosting industry, and that spans all ages. It’s never too late to start adding facial massages to your daily skincare routine.’
