Facebook users are complaining that their feeds are being flooded with posts from people they don’t know posting to celebrity pages.
The social network has been having problems since 7:08 AM BST, according to website Downdetector, which monitors website outages.
Over 2,000 people have reported problems, with 77 per cent of those claiming this issue is with their feeds, Downdetector shows.

One Twitter user, @CallMeElektra, took a screenshot of her Facebook feed, showing a random person posting on the page of rock band the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
It seems to be a global issue – one user based in Melbourne, Australia, had seen a post of someone posting to the page of American actor Vin Diesel.
It appears the glitch is not affecting every Facebook user. MailOnline has contacted Meta for comment.
