Someone is in good shape! F45 boss and wife buy $25.5 million Sydney apartment – months after splashing $37.5 million on another luxury home

Entrepreneur Rob Deutsch and his wife, Nicole Perso, spent $25.5 million on a new apartment without having to borrow anything.
Mr. Deutsch, co-founder of the Australian franchise of F45 gyms, and his model wife Ms. Perso have the keys to the four-bedroom apartment in Crown’s One Barangaroo tower.
The glamor couple have been very busy in the Sydney property market this year.
In February, they spent $37.5 million on a mansion in Bellevue Hill in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
The freshly purchased apartment, which also has four bathrooms. the plan last sold two years ago for $22.5 million, meaning it’s increased in value by $3 million in just 24 months.

It was listed last year with a price list of $29 million after being listed by Hong Kong-based businesswoman and salesperson Huanhuan Zheng.
Centrally located on the harbour, the 71-storey Barangaroo Tower is home to many of Sydney’s rich and famous.
Crown’s former majority shareholder James Packer paid $72 million for a two-story tower apartment in 2021.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home the couple claimed in February sits on a 1,286-square-foot lot that also includes a tennis court, a large flat yard with limestone porches, outdoor patios and a heated swimming pool.

In March, the couple sold a two-bedroom property on Bondi Beach for $1.615 million, a small loss from the $1.65 million he paid for it in 2019.
Mr. Deutsch had “transited” from running the cult chain of F45 gyms in 2020, with a reported $3.7 million severance pay.
By this stage, he had already built up a lavish property portfolio of luxury apartments in Bondi and Coogee, also in eastern Sydney.
The Bondi apartments cost him more than $7.2 million, while the Coogee couple cost about $2.12 million at the end of 2017.
In April 2022, the couple sold a family beachfront home in Bronte for $17.7 million, which they had bought just over a year earlier for $11.2 million.
Mr. Deutsch has moved into selling baby products and launched his online marketplace Markot last year.
His Instagram provides a glimpse into his lavish life with regular snaps from holiday getaways and photos of him with F45 backer and Hollywood movie star Mark Wahlberg.
