Lewis Hamilton admitted he “feels like stopping for a few days” but urged fans to keep pushing for success in an encouraging message to fans during a beach run.

The seven-time world champion struggled to compete with Max Verstappen last season and his problems seemed to have carried over into this campaign, despite dominating the sport for much of his career.

This led to his future with Mercedes being thrown into doubt, with boss Toto Wolff expressing doubts about the 2023 car and Hamilton’s future.

However, while his future at Mercedes is currently up in the air, Hamilton has assured fans that he plans to keep fighting and that they should too.

The Formula One legend shared a video on his Instagram page, which can be seen by his 32 million followers, of him running topless along the beach, where he wished everyone “a good week” ahead of the Australian Grand Prix. of this weekend.

Hamilton has admitted to looking forward to taking a few days off the job after his troubles in F1.

In the caption, she adds: ‘Some days I feel like stopping. When I start to feel like this, I dig deep and remember that I’m on a mission.

‘Whether you realize it or not, you too are on a mission. We are all chasing something.

‘Some dream or goal that makes us better people, makes our lives more fulfilling and makes us feel proud of ourselves.

Hamilton finished fifth at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix earlier this month and was 31 seconds behind race winner Sergio Perez in the Red Bull.

He also finished fifth in the season-opening race in Bahrain, well behind his rival Verstappen.

Hamilton has struggled this year and there have been several problems with his car at Mercedes.
