The wife of a chemist facing 10 years in prison on fraud charges continues to flaunt her lavish lifestyle.

Ben Huynh, owner and operator of Cabramatta East Day and Night Pharmacy in Sydney’s south-west, has been charged with Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme fraud.

Even after Mr Huynh appeared in the local court at the Downing Center in Sydney on Tuesday, his wife Le Hoa Thuy Thach, who lists her occupation as an entrepreneur, took to social media the next day to boast about the fact that she is still always leads a good life.

The reports emerged as it was revealed that Mr Huynh gifted a McLaren worth $400,000 to his son after graduating from university in April.

It is not alleged that Mrs. Thach engaged in any of the conduct of which her husband has been accused.

Mrs Thach is the founder of the Supercars Club Australia, with the couple reportedly owning more than $8 million worth of prestigious high-performance vehicles, including a $1.3 million Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, with the personalized Lebull license plate.

Four of the fleet were seized by Australian Federal Police, who took three Ferraris and a BMW during a raid on Mr Huynh’s $20 million estate in Sydney’s northwest Dural earlier this month.

The couple appear not to have skimped on their recent spending spree after flying to Victoria to attend the Melbourne Cup as guests of Crown Casino.

From the top of the five-star Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Melbourne, Ms Thach posted a photo of herself enjoying a drink and the panoramic view of the sunset on November 11.

In hundreds of previous posts, Mr Huynh has shown herself driving cars or other luxury vehicles in various exotic locations around the world, including New Zealand and Europe.

She boasted about a ‘weekend trip’ to Bangkok, Thailand, where she sipped from expensive cognac bottles while tucking into seafood.

Other posts show off luxury items such as Christian Louboutin shoes and jewelry from luxury brands Bulgari and Tiffany.

In April, she and Mr Huynh gave a McLaren worth $400,000 to their son Vu Huynh as a graduation gift for completing his pharmacy degree at the University of Sydney.
