Extent of Jeff Bezos’ palatial Lake Washington property is revealed in exclusive pictures

The full extent of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’ lakeside estate in Seattle, Washington, has been revealed in exclusive new photos.

The world’s third-richest man reportedly purchased two properties in the affluent Seattle suburb of Medina in 1998 and 2005, for which he paid a combined $60 million.

Following a massive renovation of the lots in the mid-2000s, the main residence is now a 25,000-square-foot Tudor-style mansion with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

It also features an indoor and outdoor pool, a large guest house, and waterfront access to Lake Washington.

The second property has an elaborately landscaped garden and another large house that Bezos reportedly used as an office.

The properties have significant waterfront access to Lake Washington, including two large jetties, a boat shed, and a small waterslide. The main building features both an indoor and an outdoor pool.

The massive waterfront property in the wealthy Seattle suburb of Medina was bought by Bezos for some $60 million decades ago and has since undergone major renovations.

The property features hundreds of feet of water access to Lake Washington, including two large docks, a boat shed, and a waterslide.

Significant renovations to the property in 2010 cost an estimated $28 million, bringing a total of $88 million spent on the estate — $118 million adjusted for inflation.

Medina Peninsula is accessible from Seattle via the longest floating bridge in the world, spanning 8,000 feet (2,300 m) across Lake Washington. The Tony Peninsula is also the famous home of Bill Gates, where he lived for many years with his now ex-wife Melinda.

The extensive property reveal comes just weeks after Bezos bought a waterfront mansion in Indian Creek Village in Miami’s Biscayne Bay. The purchase took place off-market in June — Bezos, 59, kept his identity a secret at the time.

The three bedroom man-made barrier island property sits on 6 acres and was built in 1965.

It was previously owned by a company with ties to Panama called MTM Star International, which acquired it in 1982 for $1.4 million.

The founder of Amazon, who has been living a good life with fiancé Lauren Sanchez since his retirement from the company, wants to buy other properties in the area, an anonymous source says. Bloomberg.

As Bezos expands his impressive real estate portfolio, which also includes homes in Beverly Hills, Manhattan, Texas and Washington, DC, he also recently completed construction of the world’s largest yacht, costing a whopping $500 million.

He and his now-fiancée Lauren Sanchez, 53, have been sailing the ship — called the Koru, meaning new beginning — along the coast of Europe since the beginning of the summer, on a long-lasting engagement cruise.

They’ve hosted a long list of celebrity guests, including Oprah Winfrey, Kris Jenner, and Medina neighbor Bill Gates.

The lovebirds have been spotted in a slew of luxury spots, including Portofino, Saint-Tropez and Cannes.

The 230-foot yacht, which Bezos commissioned in 2018, currently holds the record as the world’s tallest superyacht.

Notably, it has a wooden sculpture resembling Bezos’s soon-to-be second wife on the bow.
