Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock reunited Tuesday night and shocked fans with their youthful looks at 60.
The former co-stars attended Beyond Fest’s sold-out 30th anniversary screening of their hit film Speed at the Egyptian Theater in Hollywood.
The actors previously reunited when they starred in the 2006 fantasy novel The Lake House.

New York City-based plastic surgeon Dr. Joel Kopelman told DailyMail.com: ‘Both stars have incredibly natural looks, which suggests they opted for subtle and well-executed procedures rather than anything too dramatic.”
Dr. Kopelman said the Miss Congeniality star’s “smooth skin, well-defined jawline and minimal signs of aging around her eyes point to a combination of treatments.”
“It’s likely she’s had neuromodulators like Botox to soften fine lines, especially around the eyes (crow’s feet) and forehead,” Dr. predicted. Kopelman. ‘Additionally, subtle fillers could have been used to maintain volume in her cheeks, giving her a more youthful contour.’
Dr. Kopelman also believes that “the appearance of her skin suggests that she has invested in treatments such as laser resurfacing or chemical peels to keep her complexion even and smooth over the years.”
About Keanu, Dr. said. Kopelman said The Matrix star “has always had a naturally rugged look, and he has maintained this look well into his 60s.”
“He is likely using neuromodulators to smooth out frown lines and maintain a relaxed expression, which is especially evident around the eyes and forehead,” Dr. continued. Dr. Fallek agrees that Sandra has likely undergone both Botox and dermal fillers to maintain volume in her cheeks and lips, and laser resurfacing or chemical peels to improve texture and address any sun damage.
Dr. Fallek thinks Keanu has “embraced a very natural aging process, although there are probably some subtle interventions.”
“His lack of deep wrinkles, especially around the eyes and forehead, could indicate the use of Botox or a light touch with fillers to maintain youthful facial structure,” said Dr. Fallek.
